Teri Williams is President and Chief Operating Officer of OneUnited Bank. She is responsible for implementation of the Bank’s strategic initiatives, as well as the day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, OneUnited Bank has consolidated four (4) banks and launched a digital platform to create a powerful national brand supported by innovative technology, products and services. She brings 30 years of financial services expertise from premier institutions such as Bank of America and American Express, where she was one of the youngest Vice Presidents. Ms. Williams holds an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School and a B.A. with distinctions from Brown University.

In addition to the OneUnited Bank Board, Ms. Williams serves on the public board of CCC Intelligent Solutions (CCCS), a leading SaaS platform powering the multi-trillion-dollar P&C insurance economy. She is the founder and former Chairman of the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA), serves on the Boston Foundation Racial Wealth Gap Partnership which seeks to close racial wealth gaps by increasing homeownership in communities of color and serves on the Board, as Vice President, of the 79th Street Corridor Initiative, a non-profit organization focused on community development in Miami, Florida and the Partnership for Miami, a board of business leaders whose goal is to create a Miami that is prosperous and thriving for all its residents.

Ms. Williams is the author of I Got Bank! What My Granddad Taught Me About Money (Beckham Publishing), a financial literacy book for urban youth. Ms. Williams has received numerous notations and awards including being listed as one of the 150 Most Influential Bostonians by Boston Magazine, 50 Over 50 by Forbes Magazine, The Trayvon Martin Foundation 2025 Champion for Justice and Peace Award, and honored for her contributions to urban communities by the Urban League, NAACP and other community organizations.
